The perfect blend of strength training and aerobic development. This class will tie in multiple modalities within fitness that will help each client develop new skills and improve overall health to live longer more fulfilled lives through fitness.
Fundamental/ Assessment Class
Our beginner class will help not only you but our coaches gather as much information about YOU as possible! This way we can see where your strengths and weaknesses are to best help you reach your fitness goals! This will be unlike any beginner class you have done. We will assess your ability to move through our movement analysis to ensure we are not programming exercises that cause you harm. This will help prepare you and the coaching staff for when you go into our standard group classes.
This Class will focus on develop our client’s aerobic system (cardio). We will learn to work under MANY intensities. Not just HIGH intensity will improve your fitness and overall health. If anything too much high intensity will lead you away from optimal health and performance. We will earn to go ALL OUT as well as to SLOW way down! This is an amazing class that is perfect for everyone of all levels!
This is imperative for overall health and fitness performance. This is how we can get out of pain in our day to day life as well as improve our base strength to handle complex gymnastics or Olympic weightlifting. We will improve left to right balance from top to bottom in the body. Build a stronger more resilient person that can handle any challenges life throws at us!
A BC NCCP Weightlifting Club that is great for beginner to Olympic Weightlifting as well as athletes looking to compete in this incredible sport. The class is 90 mins long three times a week so ensure we are taking our time with promoting technical efficiency to every single athlete.
